The Talico Customized Survey process is a team effort between your organization and ours in which we help you to plan and facilitate all survey activities. Because planning is a prime requisite for a successful survey, the first step is to help you establish survey goals, objectives and expectations. Next, we help you to decide whether an Internet-based or paper-based survey is best for your organization. Then, we work with you to customize the survey questionnaire so that it measures all of the issues of importance to your organization and we assist you to select demographic subgroups for reporting and analysis purposes. We also help you prepare appropriate pre-survey communication for all survey participants.

The survey report to management is easy to read and interpret. A special Executive Overview presents a concise, meaningful analysis of major survey findings in narrative, graphic and tabular form. Additional features of the report consist of detailed category and analyses for each reporting subgroup and, when requested, a verbatim transcript of employees' write-in comments.
Recommendations for processing the survey data, including a tested model for survey feedback meetings and problem solving interventions, are provided to facilitate important follow-up response activities. Employee opinion surveys also include normative data from our proprietary data bank so that you can compare your organization’s scores with the scores of other organizations in either service or industrial sectors.
